FROM THE NORTH: Take I-95 (southbound) to Exit 16 go to traffic light at end of ramp and turn left onto East Avenue. Follow East Avenue straight to Van Zant Street, turn right on Van Zant and go to 25 Vant Zant Street. Parking lot behind building and another lot across street.

FROM THE SOUTH (New York, New Jersey and Westchester county) Take I-95 (northbound) Follow I-95 north to toll $1.50; keep going after toll (last exit in NY state is Exit 21) look for "Welcome to Connecticut" sign on your right, continue on I-95 to Exit 16 (in Connecticut), get off Exit 16, go to traffic light at end of ramp and turn right onto East Avenue. Follow East Avenue straight to Van Zant Street, turn right on Van Zant and go to 25 Vant Zant Street. Parking lot behind building and another parking lot across street. Approx. 40 minutes from NYC.

From SoNo Area We are located just a few blocks from SoNo and away from the parking nightmares. From the SoNo area go over the bridge on Washington Street, keep going straight for couple of blocks and turn right on Van Zant Street to our location at 25 Van Zant Street.
